By moving to an online booking platform our Clients can instantly see live availability. They can choose the respective services required in just a few clicks, effortlessly removing the complications inherent to phone-based bookings and boosting 'impulse' booking confirmation.
Terms & Conditions
Booking & Service Appointment
1. Last minute booking slot cancellation and changes in delivery address will be penalized $2 per delivery order. *Depending on the delivery order quantity and time cancellation or address change being informed.
2. Bulk Quantity GoodsFor bulk quantity items/foods in one (1) delivery order, any items/foods quantity fit to be put inside the coolbox/storage box is calculated as one (1) delivery charge. Balance items/foods quantity is charged $1 per item/food tray/box/etc. *Depending on item/food packaging type.
Bulk Size GoodsFor bulk size item charge may be varies according to sizes with calculation minimum $10 (1st item) + $5 (additional item and varies)
3. Client/Seller to ensure and notify if there is a need to collect COD payment on behalf of them in advance. Transaction/bank in service is charged $1 per transaction.
4. Client/Seller to ensure item/food is ready for collection and pack in good condition.
5. Customer/buyer to ensure aware and available to receive their goods on time (express delivery) or anytime (standard delivery) during the day. Team Ma’az assigned is not responsibleto wait longer than 5-10 (five) minutes after arrival. Otherwise kindly provide drop-off area for easier delivery handover.
i. For non-food item:Customer/Buyer can either reschedule delivery at the earliest available slot with charge (consider as new a booking slot and delivery charge) or wait with additional charge $2 per 15 (fifteen) minutes waiting.
ii. For food item:Team can only deliver the foods at drop off area or any place that are ‘safe’ fromanimals or wait with additional charge $2 per 15 (fifteen) minutes waiting.
6. Delivery RestrictionsPlease be informed there are several areas and delivery etiquette that limited for deliveryactions such as:
i. Government Building/Premises – Delivery up to the main entrance only.ii. Luxury/Standard Apartment (including hotels) – Delivery up to the guard post orreception desk only.iii. Kg Ayer – Delivery up to jetty (land) area only for those areas not connecting to the land road or need access using speedboat/water taxi. Additional related cost might be incurred and varies if insist.
